DESCRIPTION:Map Ref#40 – 2 – 22 Waterloo Road\, CF23 5AE. \nBetina Skovbro \nSat 19 – Sun 20th Oct\, All Day \nRoath Mill Gardens is overlooked by many houses. Cardiff-based Photographer – and local dog walker – Betina Skovbro has often wondered who might live there. The project is grateful for the co-operation of the residents of Waterloo Road.
