Albany Military Hospital Exhibition

During World War 1 the pupils from Albany School moved to other local schools and the school became a Military Hospital. The children in year 5 & 6 have been busy researching and will take visitors on a journey showing what was happening in the building 100 years ago. Each year our exhibition gets bigger and better and we find out more about soldiers who were treated in the hospital during this period. There will be WW1 music, photos from the time, a hospital ward, tours and much more. Tea, coffee and refreshments will also be available.
