Self Love Surgery

Wicked Women’s Institute is founded by Emina Redzepovic,  it’s a project for the empowerment of women, a podcast featuring real and honest conversations, craft, workshops and lots more. Being a wicked women is about self love, smashing the patriarchy, not accepting sexism and being proud of who you are.

Self love surgery is about focusing on the positive, we’re constantly subjected to images of ‘ideals’ and ‘perfection’ so we buy creams, clothes and lotions that help us achieve it but do we ever stop and see ourselves as we are? Accepting of the imperfections, being nice to ourselves and feeling ok with who we are.

Colour in some affirmations, write some, take some, scale your self love and have a look in the mirror and listen to some positive, life affirming words all with tea, coffee and biscuits – yum.
