Libations is a new project for madeinroath which links traditional and contemporary ghost stories with winter drinks recipes. We hope you might follow the recipes we will be posting over the coming weeks and toast the winter season whilst you settle down to enjoy some classic spooky tales.

From the short stories of Charles Dickens, M.R. James and Marjorie Bowen and to popular 1970s Ghost Stories for Christmas BBC adaptations and the 2020 series of stories by Daisy Johnson, The Hotel, on BBC radio.

Absent but not Forgotten is an artists’ collaboration between Kathryn Campbell Dodd and Jacob Whittaker. We are interested in the aesthetics of the paranormal and the influences of TV, Film and other media on the genre. We also celebrate every Friday 13 with special meals, recipes and events.
