She is of the generation who was promised everything – a career, a family, one true love. But as all of those things seem out of reach and her only way to communicate is online how far will she go to feel a real connection? We follow our heroine on her adventures through Tinder, the good the bad and the downright filthy.
Left or Right?
Experimenting with theatrical monologue form, Clickbait is a one woman show that is funny, filthy and brutally honest.
Chelsey Gillard is a Freelance Director, having recently co-directed Constellation Street at The Other Room. Clickbait is her first piece of writing for the stage.

Dave loves musicals. They’ve seen him through highs and lows, and now Dave wants to share them with you. Spend the evening in the company of a man who hasn’t achieved greatness, who is not world renowned and who definitely has not performed in front of sold out audiences on the West End. He’s just Dave, really.
This new one man cabaret performance by Dafydd Weeks is a heart-felt biography of a man struggling though his very normal life. A man who thinks the best way to express himself is through a big, all-singing, (not really)all-dancing musical revue.

An enchanting evening of theatre, story, song and music. Pentreffest is a wonderland of stories, songs and music from Brittany, France and Sweden for all ages. Traditional tales and music where the hypnotic music and dance of Brittany is mixed with the depth and soul of Swedish polska and the energy and joy of the bourée from France.
The story, inspired by the famous work of Selma Lagerlöf, is a journey of initiation that is full of wonderful adventures.
For Eléonore and Martin, both musicians and actors full of passion, it’s a marvelous playground; they tell, sing, dance, play and draw us into their world, sparking astonishment, curiosity and laughter.
A show full of humor and poetry where we discover the richness of Scandinavian culture and where we leave enriched, enlightened and grinning from ear to ear!
Also featuring singer and storyteller Brigitte Kloareg from Brittany, the second half of the evening will be devoted to music from Brittany and Sweden from the groups Adébra and Mara. Traditional music where the hypnotic music and dance of Brittany is mixed with the depth and soul of Swedish polska and the energy and joy of the bourée from France.

Silly. Playful. D/s. Drawing. Creating a series of processes with which we interdependently make a drawing. One person the manipulator. One Body the tool.
Whilst there is a seemingly D/s dynamic, who really has control? Does control always equal ‘Power’? Or does reciprocal trust create a greater sense of ‘Power’ for the individual?
Both participants have an active interest in using our bodies and movement. We contemplate other sensual ways we can connect to one another, not always through speech, touch that isn’t about sex. This performance and preparation for it will be a learning experience for our own friendship. Contains nudity. Part of the ‘Get Yourself Inside’ event.
Kate is a bendy Bike fanatic. She is a performer in Les Velobici, festivals this year included Fusion, Boomtown and Bike Smut.
Serena likes paint, hanging upside down and slow shutter speeds. She spent the last year bound up in a Kink scene in NZ.
We both love Shimmer & Rope!

The general idea of the performance is my personal response to our rape culture that encourages victim blaming. I would like to research and explore the topic of victimization further and want to go beyond sexual assault and address the wider culture of victim blaming.
A Dark Blue Daffodil Is a work in progress and is strongly influenced by my own and other women’s life experience. I have dedicated a lot of time on researching Brock Turner’s case, the tendency of courts to excuse a perpetrator’s behaviour when he does not fit their preconceptions of what a rapist looks and acts like, all the while the victim’s traumatic experience is ignored or even blamed upon them.

Opera in Situ is an exciting, new Cardiff-based company which takes opera out of the theatre and into unique, unexpected places making it accessible to all. The inclusivity of the company is something we’re very proud of and it means that our performers come from a wide spectrum of musical experience.
For our first project we took over several unusual venues including a converted cinema, an indoor skate park and a church and presented a series of scenes from opera that take place in street settings. We took our inspiration from Kurt Weill’s American opera ‘Street Scene’ and numbers from it formed part of the event. ‘Opera Scenes’ will culminate in it’s final performance at MiR.
We are now in the process of forging relationships with a number of other venues for future projects so watch this space.
Our events, performed in English whenever possible will create unique, intimate and unforgettable experiences, making opera accessible to everyone.

Come join us and be “vexed” for a good cause and hear the definition of obsession that is the Vexations. How many times will you listen???
As part of OCD Awareness Week, come hear local, anonymous stories of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Recited in-between the Vexations, we aim to put a spotlight on a very misunderstood and underestimated condition.
We need musicians, OCD stories and more venues to take part in the Vexations!
Admission free: donations to OCD UK welcome.
