ROATH FEAST – CHEESE

Join us for this months skill share where we’ll be learning to make a simple cheese! We are really pleased to be hosted by our friends at the Mackintosh Community Garden, so come along and find out more about their work and enjoy some of the gorgeous salads and herbs already sprouting in the ground.

Please note we have very limited cheese making experience, so if you know something we don’t do come along and help us out! Heather Jones has volunteered to teach us how to make paneer and Carol Anne Ivory (of Mackintosh Gardens) will be baking us fresh bread on the day.

This is a drop-in workshop so please come by any time between 12 – 3pm.
