Journeys (a Gofal Project) is an organisation whose purpose is to help people find their route to recovery from depression. We take a holistic approach to depression, building foundations for sustainable wellbeing. Journeys offers information, peer support, counselling and training that promote skills and strategies to help people find their route to recovery. We are part of the madeinroath community.

We will have information on depression and we will be running creative workshops based around our theme -Journeys Home, ‘The World has two faces, coming home to ourselves’. There will be creative ‘Two Faces’ mask making and psychological ‘wellbeing tree’ workshops. There will also be the opportunity to explore our psychological wellbeing, hidden ‘shadow’ selves and public selves.

‘Time to Change Wales’ will also be with us, their goal is to end mental health stigma and discrimination. There will be opportunity to talk to staff and volunteers.
