Using a mixture of gentle relaxation and focussed music listening, Liz and the music will take you on a journey that will awaken your senses and evoke your creativity.  You will have the chance to make individual and/or group pieces of art using a variety of materials as the music plays.  The images will emerge from and be inspired by your travels. Where will you go?  What will you see and hear?  This workshop will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. Bring a cushion to sit on if needed. Come along and find out where the music will take you!
