Roath Mill Gardens is overlooked by many houses. Cardiff-based Photographer – and local dog walker – Betina Skovbro has often wondered who might live there. This series of individual portraits – placed in the front windows of a row of houses – reveals some the faces of those who overlook the park. The project is grateful for the co-operation of the residents of Waterloo Road.
